I have been looking for the Kubota SVL-3 for a long time already and finally got it! I contacted different dealers to get quotes and also check if they have it in stock and you guys already know that equipment is really hard to get now a days. I was about to give up on the SVL-3 and buy a used SVL-2 and I'm glad I didn't give up and keep searching until I called Garton Tractor at Stockton, Jeff Kerley answered my call very professional and with great costumer service and guess what? He confirmed that he can get me the machine in less than 2 months! He answered all my questions and replied to my emails. I picked up the machine today the transaction was easy and I enjoyed it. Jeff and his technician explained everything I should know about the machine before leaving the lot . If you are looking to get new equipment you know who to call, you won't be disappointed, very competitive pricing and a great experience.

One of the worst Customer Experiences I’ve ever had. My Salesperson stated I would receive the tractor I had purchased from them in one week. After one week he said two weeks, and after two weeks he told me three weeks.

Finally the day came when the tractor was to be delivered. My salesperson messaged me that morning and said “we don’t have the claw attachment you ordered, so I can give you a smaller one for $200 less or a bigger one for $600 more”. I said “Are you kidding me?” To which he replied “ok I’ll go pick up your claw attachment from Santa Rosa”. To me this came off as unprofessional, Lazy, and trying to get me to switch options for their own mess up. To top it all off, once the tractor was delivered, there was no 3 point hitch kit, which they stated they forgot . When I asked them when it would be delivered they told me about a week………. This was just my experience. Maybe just a stent or bad luck for the company.

Edit : Since the original review, I had talked to the manager, who cleared some things up. It appears this instance was most likely a series of unfortunate events. Thank you for reaching out Garton.

They picked up my tractor, fixed it and delivered it back to me. Service was good but pick up/delivery charge was inflated. What should’ve cost about $400 for pick up and delivery was $580. I’m very happy with everything else. I called and spoke to Eugene the service manager. He was not willing to adjust anything, otherwise I would’ve given a 5 star review. ?

Bought a brand new skid steer and the camera wasn't working. And it have been hard to get them to come fix it and little to no communication.

Gy Thomson in particular was consice and honest- ask to speak with him and you'll be happy you did! Woman at the main desk greeted us immediately and was especially kind to my son, even found a little freebie for him to play with and keep him occupied. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
