Bought a sprayer from these guys. Good salesman did what he said he would do. Now I forgot to drain the sprayer wand and it froze and broke. Called them up and they knew what I was talking about and had some in stock. I can't complain about these folks.

Nice people and real team work between employees you don't see that at most places. Was looking for a fresh water transfer tank to fill up my travel trailer tank and they sold me a 25 gallon with pump and hoses was very happy

This store is HORRIBLE at services and bogus retail prices, but it ends up coming at a higher cost to the consumer with the run around they give. I have only tried ordering from this company once and that fell through to the point that I de-recommend them to anyone. After three attempts to buy a single tank and having the order messed up three time, there is no way I would recommend anyone buying from them.

The bargains this company claims to have actually ended up costing me more, time and gas. This was a case were I got what I intending to pay for. The hidden fees were their inability to get an order right the first, second, and third time (physically checking their inventory would have solved the problem) and not contacting me, the customer to see if an alternative product would work, they make the assumption it would and tried to sell me that it was my mistake for not telling them not to order the wrong tank.

They also constantly made promises they can't keep: such as delivery times (missed the order by 4 weeks), contacting the consumer when an order arrives (order was received but then "stolen" two days later), and the availability of products. On the last note, they told me they had received two of the tanks, but they didn't have them, which I didn't find out until I was their at the store waiting for 20 min, and yet their was no other customers but me.

Therefore, after one attempt to buy a tank, which I never did receive, I now buy from other retailers in the area, even if the cost is slightly more. Doing this allows me to know the availability of things and I have the security of knowing the right products are being delivered, instead of being given the run around like was given at their Fowler CA branch, which I would describe as completely incompetent to say the least.
