We had such a fantastic time at the Yakult Factory! A special shoutout to Allie and Emily, who went above and beyond to accommodate our family even though we missed the 2-week advance reservation window. Their kindness and flexibility made our visit extra special.

The free tour was the perfect mix of education and fun. It included a souvenir and a Yakult sample, which was such a nice touch! The presentation was very informative but not overly long, making it engaging for both kids and adults. My 6-year-old loved the drink and the souvenir, while my 11-year-old appreciated all the interesting facts they shared.

One suggestion: it would be wonderful if they had more Yakult drinks and souvenirs available for purchase on-site!

Highly recommend this tour for families! It’s a unique, educational, and enjoyable experience that everyone can enjoy. Thank you, Yakult team, for an unforgettable visit!

It took a while to plan this with a friend of mine because of school, work, activities, etc. but so glad that we finally made it happen. Thank to Brian Flynn who responded to my email & coincidentally also happened to be our tour guide. The Yakult factory was super cool, informative & clean. Brian did an amazing job guiding the tour, he answered all of the questions, it was super organized & he covered a lot during the one hour guided tour. I’ve been drinking Yakult since I was a kid growing up in Philippines so it’s nice to see the different packaging from different countries. Also, with so many people having gut issues it’s nice to know that Yakult offers that delicious probiotic drink that people can benefit from. I usually drink it when I have an upset stomach or if I’m taking antibiotics but knowing what I know now I’ll be drinking it every day. Back to the tour, Brian gave us soft Yakult bottles for souvenirs & we got to try two of the Yakult drinks. The red one is my favorite & I don’t really care for the blue one that’s lower in sugar & calories. We also got to take photos with props after the tour ended which was a nice way to end the tour. If you haven’t been to the Yakult factory, I highly recommend it!

Decided to take the kids on a Yakult tour! I’ve been a long time fan of Yakult and my kids are too. Signing up was easy through the website and you get grouped with others- probably 50 people total on our tour that day. Start off downstairs with a video in the lobby of the history of Yakult. Moved our way upstairs to view the different packaging of Yakult around the world. They handed out cute Yakult bottle squishies for each person. Super cute! Then we moved into a conference room and sat down to watch a video of the science behind Yakult. They handed out samples of Yakult both the original and reduced sugar options. Could definitely tell the difference between the two and was my first time trying the reduced sugar option. From the conference room you move into a hallway with windows into the production areas (no photos allowed in this area). Each window has a video of the process that you are viewing. Insane that this one factory is producing all of the Yakult for the US and Canada. They operate 5 or 6 days a week and only 1 of those days is to produce the reduced sugar product. They only make and package one drink product type per day. You can see the whole process from above from start to packaging. Whole tour was probably an hour. Fun and interesting if you love Yakult!

Great tour to take kids to learn about manufacturing and bottling. It's a popular tour and booking can be over a month out. Would be nice if they had a little gift shop at the end of the tour.
