These puffed lily seeds are insanely delicious and guilt-free because they are so healthy. I love the Himalayan sea salt flavor which has a delightful subtle smoky flavor and just the perfect amount of saltiness. I only wish they came in larger bags so I could eat more 🙂 Everyone in my family loves them (including my toddler). When I buy them, they get eaten up so fast. They are visually so appealing, because every popped seed looks slightly different from the next. They have such a unique taste and texture. They have become my FAVORITE snack. Can't put them down. Highly recommend!!

If you have not tried Makhana snacks you are missing out. The flavors are spot on and you can eat an entire bag and not feel guilty about it. I have had the Himalayan Pink Salt and the Chily Lime flavor and both are excellent. I need to order more soon because my kids have discovered that these taste fantastic, usually they don't like "healthy" foods, but the crunch flavor is so good, they can't help themselves.

Big fan of Eat Makhana! They are flavorful without being overpowering, and I find them very filling! I've always enjoyed savory snacks, but popcorn never sat well with me and would leave me hungry shortly after I ate it. Eat Makhana has been the perfect midday snack at work or to crunch on during a movie.

I love these, my favorite is the cajun flavor. I prefer Eat Makhana lily seeds to other brands because they are organic and use coconut oil. Super tasty and free of the major allergens, such as wheat/gluten, egg, nuts, and dairy.

Insanely addictive and luckily super healthy! I love this snack and tasted all they flavors - the original plain one is still my favor. The purchase price is more than potato chips, but health costs are immeasurable in comparison. My doctor actually recommended these to me
