Went to this Ralph's this morning because I was in the area doing other shopping. I had a rain check from another store for soft drinks, so before going I looked at the T&Cs to be sure I could use it at any store. First line said I could, so I went in and loaded up my cart. I specifically went here because they carry a few products my normal, smaller and much better staffed store carries. Upon going up to the registers (of course only the self-checkout was open) someone I assume is the head cashier said she would take me on 10. I said I had a rain check and she asked if it was from that store. I told her no and she proceeded to tell me that it could only be used at the issuing store. When I showed her the terms and conditions on the back, she said "That doesn't really matter." I'm sorry, you hold your customers to the fine details in your ads, so why does this "not really matter"? After I pushed the issue, she said she would have to call the other store (I guess to verify I wasn't trying to steal $.50 a six-pack) while I stood there like a criminal.

I don't know if the store manager will ever see this, but I am going to make sure they are aware. Customer service is horrible.

Last time I went to the store and no-one would assist me when there was a malfunction of the self check out. But I tried the store again this morning. After 15 minutes of waiting at the meat counter without anyone helping I went back behind the meat counter - hung out - I could have served myself the bacon. But decided enough was and walked out of this deplorable store. The service here is horrible. I took my items to the manager and placed them on the desk and said there is no-one to help anyone back in meats. She just looked at me with a blank stare. A competent person would have said -sir I am sorry I see you are upset - how can I help you. Just a blank stare.

I just hate dealing with a people that do not care. No-one at this store cares. A horrible culture.

Do not go to this store. Why are people so mean. I just do not understand why they were so mean to me. I just want to shop someplace where people are kind and care about one another.

I went on Friday after 6 p.m., and all the vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. The same was true for the sliced steaks and meat.

Workers here are very rude , were yelling at me and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say , won’t recommend. Manager was telling saying I have to leave when I did nothing and she wouldn’t tell me what I was doing wrong and said I was playing games , how immature and unprofessional!

There is nothing bad or of less then average quality but it isn't like extraordinary. Just your average store for buying supplies for dinner.

The lady with reddish hair in the bakery department should be a little more kind! Total attitude when I asked a simple question and then shook her head as if my question was a stupid question to ask. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job so much. The way you treat customers is unacceptable!
