Adda Foods has been my go to these days on busy weeknights. As a mom I am constantly looking for a quick and easy, flavorful and healthy food for the whole family. I am so glad I found Adda Foods- it is quick and easy to make and has global flavors to keep your taste buds curious. The ingredients used are healthy, finest quality, without preservatives and are very flavorful. Our family favorite has been The Color Bloom - it truly changes color especially when you add few drops of lemon (a little science experiment for the kids). Now that it is in El Cerrito Farmer Market on Saturdays, I make a quick stop to the stand to replenish my stock.

So glad that I discovered Adda Foods spice mixes! I picked up the Khichadi blend at my local farmer's market and made a lovely veggie soup with it a couple of days later. What really impressed me was the rich well-balanced flavor with a PERFECT amount of heat, just a bit of warmth to make the dish feel especially cozy. Like a lot of folks right now, I'm tired of my own cooking and this blend really made the soup feel distinctive and special. I liked it so much that I ordered the gift set (excellent value!) for myself and a friend. I tried the Shanti blend today and that was great, super flavorful and again made my cooking feel like something new. Everything arrived beautifully packaged, ready for gifting, and delivered to my door within 2 days. This is a small local business run by a lovely couple, please support them and treat yourself to some DELICIOUS food!

I discovered Adda Foods at the Sunset Farmer's market. Our family quickly fell in love with her Biryani mix. It is organic, flavorful, and so healthy for the whole family. Our toddler loves it cooked with yogurt and carrots. It is divine. We eat it now at least once a week. With this mix, I get all of the flavor of authentic Indian food with the healthful benefits of spices and whole grains. I can't say enough good things.

My family and I have really enjoyed the wonderfully tasty foods from Adda since December. One small Eco-friendly packet augmented with some veggies makes a meal for 2 people. Two packets is plenty for 4. Its fun to experiment with these too. I make Impossible Burger with the Shanti spice packet and onions and my family loves it. Sri has created delicious products with care and I am especially happy to support her new business.

Wonderful flavors. Easy to prepare as-is and easily adaptable if you want to put you own twist on the Adda Foods' packages. Vegetarians and meat-lovers can both rejoice and how they spice up a meal, too. I keep several on hand in the pantry but also have found them brilliant for use in camping/backpacking. They also make great gifts for friends and family. Please, Adda Foods, develop even more options for your faithful followers!

I met Adda Foods while buying my groceries in El Cerrito farmer's market. I bought three different blends: the Caribbean smoothie blend, an incredible seasoning for barbecuing meats or vegetables and a Mexican drink blend. The three of them were fantastic. I used the meat one in some chicken skewers, and they turn out delish. As for the Mexican drink blend, it was so delicious that when I ran out, I immediately placed an online order. I had grown so fond of drinking my morning coffee with this delicious blend of cardamom, cinnamon and all spice that while I was waiting for my order, I desperately tried to replicate it on my own (true story).

Unlike other seasonings, Adda Foods don't have any sugar or funny ingredients, but spices, dried fruit and fully recognizable ingredients. 100% recommend.

It has been fun and delicious discovering this range of spice blends to add variation to my everyday cooking. At the farmers market, Sri has been so friendly and delightful in describing how to use her spice blends. Wow...Everything I have made has gotten rave reviews from family and friends. The Peshawari Blend makes terrific burgers; the African Saffron Rose Rub is delicious when I sprinkle it on grilled chicken, lamb or salmon; and the Shanti Spice, her mum's recipe, has been very tasty with dal and vegetable curries. Sri's Caribbean Smoothie blend has been a hit, too. I really appreciate these interesting and delicious spice blends that are easy to use!
