Sat in line on the road for 45 minutes making me 46 minutes late for my appointment. Sat in the dock for 6 hours before they started on me. They need to work on getting trucks checked in a different more efficient way.

Not a bad place to pick up load at 2 AM. Only check in 30 minutes before your appointment. 3-4 hours loading time. Good thing is that you get on the road before traffic starts to pile up.

1st don’t go here before ua appointment time they won’t take u , and when u go back they will keep you wait they ppl here only care abt there Coca Cola freight other ppl they will keep u wait and took there time, was waiting to be unloaded for more than 3 hours. This place is a joke

This place will ask you for your blood ? type and take a whole atleast 30 minutes just to check you in lol on top of taking out 1 pallet every 15 minutes so u can imagine how long it takes to load/unload a truck

If your on time usually not a problem but you have to go 2 three different places to check in. First one is at guard shack make sure you have vest otherwise you can’t go in. And they don’t have loaners. After checking in you go to the right and park your truck and come back to the guard shack and there a room right behind it where you check in again with your id. ( the guard will not tell you this) your real full name has to be registered with them on their portal by your broker. If your dispatcher or broker didn’t get your real full name time will be wasted here. They will tell you to call your broker and have them put your name in. After that’s done you will get a dock

Take your truck to the dock. Slide your tandems and disconnect your air like( none will tell you this)

Now take that sheet and go to dock number 1 there is another check in window after you check in they will load you I was out of there within 2 hours when loaded they will bring the paperwork out to you.

The guard has to check the load and seal it on your way out.

Load rejected due to the fact I didn't have a safety vest. However, I had on a high visibility shirt on instead. It appears that you can't wear shirts, only vests. Workers can wear a Florencint green hoodie. ZOERO STARS IF I COULD.

This place is disaster for drivers the staff are super rude I think most of them are having issues outside their workplace and they are bringing all the negativity in their workplace they need training or orientation every morning to not be rude with drivers because we are also working hard everyday as truck driver and I think we don’t deserve rudeness from Coco-cola staff because I am nice to them asking all my questions politely and with a smile it seems that they are getting bothered with with any words.

Its joke, 3 PM appt, checked me in at 4, its 6:42 they unload only one pallet, I know its your first time too but dont come again here bro, they waste your one days here
