Great business and outstanding products. The owners are wonderful people. I broke down right in front of their business and one of the owners Kit, offered Me something to drink and any assistance she could be. She even drove me in her car down the street to show me how to get back onto the freeway. Thank you Kit, I really appreciate it. They are located right next-door to Hedge Creek Falls.

Castle Rock Water Co. in Dunsmuir CA sells life renewing world-class quality living spring mountain water purified by Mother Nature from deep inside a pristine human pollution free aquifier at magnificent beautiful Mt. Shasta CA. Castle Rock Purified Mountain Spring Water was awarded a Gold Medal with the title of “Best Bottled Water 2014" at the 24th Annual Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting.

Unfortunately for Northern CA residents Castle Rock Water Co. in Dunsmuir CA has a proven bad reputation for poor home water delivery service in Northern CA! Why? For three [3] major reasons:

1. Castle Rock Water Co. is a small business with limited financial resources resulting in constant water plant bottling production delay problems preventing Castle Rock Water Co. from producing enough bottled water to successfully fulfill and deliver their advanced monthly customer bottled water orders!

2. Just like airlines overbook flights, Castle Rock Water Co. management takes a greater amount of advance monthly customer bottled water orders than they could possibly fulfill and deliver! Worse yet, Castle Rock Water Co. management does not know how to use Microsoft Excel software to accurately calculate their monthly water plant bottling production needs compared to their advance monthly customer bottled water orders to fulfill and deliver!

3. Castle Rock Water Co. Website states nothing with the words customer service anywhere including under Our Mission and Our Commitment!

From 9/2014 to 2/2016 our San Francisco CA family used to be loyal customers who spent $2400 year [$200 month] for home delivery of 23 5-Gallon Castle Rock Purified Mountain Spring Water bottles to support our family’s physical wellness and longevity. However on 2/17/2016 we terminated doing business with Castle Rock Water Co. because they disrupted delayed 5 times in the last 16 months our family's monthly home delivery of 23 5-Gallon Castle Rock Purified Mountain Spring Water bottles! Castle Rock Water Co. has also disrupted delayed monthly home delivery for many of our best friends in San Francisco CA!

How embarrassing for us that we mistakenly recommended Castle Rock Water Co. to our many ecologist Sierra Club friends and our wonderful colleagues at UC San Francisco Medical Center!

The only reason we gave a 2 Stars Rating for home water delivery service was because of Castle Rock Water Co. delivery driver Ben always provided our family with outstanding customer service!

You can search and search and search some more, but you will not find a better water—bottled or otherwise. And these folks are great to work with! Outstanding water and people!!!
