Lots of permanent residents. In the space next to ours, they were refinishing some metal pieces: sanding and painting. The park is very full and spaces are close together. There are lots of trees for shade, however. They have a very good internet wifi connection.

3 years ago it was 5 stars and now 3 years later.... We loved this place so much we made sure to stay here again when we came back to the LA area.. We've been to 45 States now and this is definitely one of our favorite rv parks. Especially for the area! Site 028. I'd give more stars if I could ❤️

This seems like a nice place. Unfortunately when we made our reservation the website defaulted back to the day I was making the reservation and not the next day that we needed the reservation. We arrived and the receptionists told us that due to their refund policy we could not transfer our reservation to the day we arrived. I understand businesses have policies but it was a mistake and they had spare spaces. What ever happened to human kindness? We drove on …

This place is packed with several long-time RVers. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time. We were lucky to get a spot for an unexpected stop during a weekend due to problems on the RV we just acquired. We had to wait for a few hours until somebody checked-out. Otherwise, it's a decent somewhat rural park and they allowed us to have repairs done on our RV; the receptionist was hospitable and kind enough to provide us with some suggestions for RV repairs. They also provided a discount for our stay. Donuts and coffee at the office in the morning is complimentary; as well as some useful freebies. This park is worth coming back to.

This RV park is AWESOME! Under new magement. Pool and spa are heated and so clean. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. Store has alot of choices and prices are decent. The employees were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location right off IS 5. Great friendly staff. Check in extremely simple via website (took less than 1 minute).

RV Park was full, but overall pretty quiet, despite close proximity to fwy. Spaces are small, but big enough to be able to set up and sit outside.

Has small camp store staffed by smiling staff. Who sold me firewood and even delivered it to my site. Thank you! All hookup outlets are convenient and well maintained. Tee connector for water was very convenient.

This is a great spot for an overnight stay with pool and bathhouse. Common areas are swept and clean. I will be back.

Have never stayed here as I live in Castaic, however, I do go there to fill up my propane tanks and pay to use their dump facility and the darling little store always has something we can use. And the big plus is that everyone is sooo nice and helpful that it is a pleasurable chore stop. Hope others feel the same way.

This place has full hook-ups, it's clean, the people are very friendly and they are always making upgrades to keep the facility in great condition.
