Very beautiful area. I went to the Allure Nail Salon And Spa. The ladies that serviced me Nancy and Helen were very friendly and kind. They both did an amazing job, I appreciate there work.
I bring my own implements as I am cosmetologist myself, I like to use my own things in safety wise. They gave me no problems, and asked no questions.. I even brought my own salt and bath solution to soak my feet in( due to me allergic to some of the new soaks on the market). Again they gave me no issues and we're happy to use my things.
Ms. Nancy was kind enough to even give me disposable toe separators during my service. As I use jellies and then disinfectant when I get home. I still appreciate the very kind gesture ❤️.

My mom tag long with me, a young woman named Lee worked on my mom's pedicure. Mom said she was absolutely lovely and was very thorough ? and gentle.

My mom said she really like this nail spa and would like to return in the future as this was both our first time patronizing this business.

All in all- the establishment was very clean, everyone wore mask for safety. And social distancing was practiced. I appreciate businesses that practice safety all around...good job ladies.

I'm not sure why others are complaining about the service or pricing, I found it to be very reasonable. Some people I find want the best quality for low price, which is not how this world works. They have have families, and work hard daily. This business is rough- but you would have to been in it to understand it. So, give people a break for Gods sake?.
And rule of thumb for those that did know this..."it's best to ask questions BEFORE THE SERVICE IS DONE...NOT AFTER" get it together people.
If the prices don't fit your budget, find another place. Simple!

Best Ralph's. Has everything you can imagine and then some. Better than World Market.

Only wish they were better staffed at check out late in the evening.

Typical strip mall / dining opportunities / services. Close to my home for quick little trips, the Ralph's has become a little run down even though they reorganized and installed new refrigerators with doors to save energy. Have seen too many expired items on shelves. They are trying and they have the box people sweeping the floors more often. Management and personnel have changed several times through the years, some good, some not so good. On the rare occasion that I ask about an item, I receive the standard: they put out what they send us, direct people to the wrong aisle (I know the store better than the cashiers), and the ever present, I don't know. The correct answer is: I don't know, and will find out for you.

Was at another Ralph's and had a few questions and the staff were much better trained and one of the people was not sure and went to get her Manager for me and I returned a couple days later to pick up the requested items. THAT is customer service.

At work, I am responsible for teaching and managing staff and customer service. So I understand the position and what it entails. The success comes from the top down and sure all the Ralph's in the valley have the same Regional Manager. Somebody needs to up their game, and take the bull by the horns and turn things around all while keeping up staff morale. Specifically at the Castaic Ralph's, there are a handful of fabulous people. They can't run the store on poor management, and that is true of any business. Hope they sort out their management issues and it improves.
