Stopped by today to see what they had on hand. Picked up a Ribeye Fillet in chiller cabinet. Dry aged 45 days which translated to a FANTASTIC steak dinner. A flavour of which I haven’t enjoyed in a long long time. Tender (cooked rare/medium rare) and very little more seasoning than a fairly simple rub. The marbling was just right with no spot overwhelming the meat itself.

They are very welcoming and experts in what they sale. I look forward to visiting again.

Pricing I would say is on par considering the dry aged nature, lovely marbling, and perfect cut.

Full marks and I look forward to stopping by again.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! My husband and I visited for the first time today and were delighted with the service and quality of all the meats.
We bought a couple prime ribeyes, and oh my!!!

Smoked them on the Traeger then seared them with bourbon butter sauce and I can’t wait to do it again!

Shout out to Alemaya Farm in Capay Valley for the nutrient dense oh so flavorful amazing veggies!!!
