This was the loveliest tree farm ever. We went the day after thanksgiving, and it was christmas-movie-worthy: they had a firepit going where they were making popcorn for everyone, had a hot chocolate/cider stand, and a band playing. Staff was super friendly, and they had a ton of beautiful trees, both pre-cut and to cut yourself. We’ll be coming back every year!

Very friendly people! The owner even sent us home with a hand saw because we didn't have one and he said "It's that important to cut the tree right before you put it in your tree stand". He's going to pick it up later!

We went the weekend of Thanksgiving and they had ZERO decent trees to cut ourselves, which is what our son was most excited to do. The trees are either small, disfigured, or sparse on branches. We ended up buying a pre-cut tree for $65 and its needless are continually falling off... Not sure if it will even make it to Christmas!

Ward Ranch is a family owned and operated Christmas tree farm, in Bonny Doon CA. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; they really know their trees, and how to take care of them! Prices are comparable to other tree farms, and they offer both you-cut and pre-cut tree options.
