Their organic sour cream is as stiff and hard as cream cheese, and it possesses a bland taste. It lacks any resemblance to the expected flavor or consistency of sour cream. Milk sourced from pasture-raised cows deserves better hands.

When I was a child, reading "Heidi" and watching old "Heidi" movies (often foreign films with subtitles, not Shirley Temple) provided some of my most enjoyable escapes from rainy days. I remember how the Grandfather gave Heidi warm goat milk and sliced goat cheese for her. Soon she was thriving in the mountains with the goats, Peter, and the Grandfather. I have been using Redwood Hill yoghurt for more than 25 years and the kefir almost as long. While I'm not as spry as Heidi now, I can't imagine life without a daily dose of the goat milk products. Vanilla yoghurt on warm blueberry crisp is heavenly and kefir makes delicious smoothies. Goats always seem happy, and don't you want what nourishes you to come from happy creatures?

Love their vanilla lactose free yogurt. I live in TX, and it's hard to get
lactose free dairy items now. Activia lactose free yogurt is not in stores any more. Thanks for a great item.
