This place has become to be a high turnover employee machine. It was once a cheerful place for workers. They can't distribute responsibilities correctly for measly pay. Their restrooms could use more attention as it is a hygienic disaster. The service is unfriendly & underwhelming with long waits. The kiosks for ice cream has become to be a total disaster.

Love 'The Dairy'! I've always gotten my re-fill coffee here. I still have an old, round 'fat' mug that they haven't had in years! The re-fill was always .99 - good deal! Then after years and years it went to 1.19 - not too bad, BUT recently it has jumped to 1.59?!?! I think that is rediculous!!! I asked them what a regular small coffee was - 1.79?!?! Doesn't make sense to me. I don't know about getting my re-fill here anymore. (They do have good coffee though 🙂

Me and the family regrettably stopped here for our first stop on the road from Chicago. Restrooms needed attention and young lady with bright long nails “associate manager” was bothered that she had to put her phone down. Rude.

Beautiful place though.

Whenever I get gas. Coffee, soft drinks, or just using the restroom, this udf is always fast service, may be a line but they are quick in and out. Restrooms are always clean, and the employees are always kind and seem ready to help.

The UDF in Ross, Ohio is hands down the cleanest, most organized, properly stocked, friendliest and quick moving (gets customers in and out quickly) UDF, heck any gas station, I have ever visited. I would give them unlimited stars if it were possible.

Wildly underwhelmed.

In fact, it was almost embarrassing how terrible the sandwich looked on the menu compared to what I received when I ordered. Most of the employees look far more concerned about their appearance than their actual work or service.

The malt I had ordered feels like someone assembled it blindfolded. It had essentially disregarded everything I entered on the machine and some things were just thrown in there.

This place came highly recommended but with this visit, I couldn't dare recommend this place to others.

Great location but they're ALWAYS out of diet Mountain Dew 2 litres. For some reason the Pepsi guy is too stupid to figure it out so he puts 3 times as much Mountain Dew as needed and half as much Diet Mountain Dew.

I was so disappointed today as husband went there for milk and my once a year Turtle Sundae!! Head for it and the attendant did not know how to make it. Another person was called and then notified him that they had no pecans, which is why I love the Turtle Sundae!! So he had a choice of cashews or peanuts! Darn! What a big disappointment! He should have just asked for the expensive refund! But he chose cashews. He was so apologetic when he got home. He knows how I love my pecans! No pecans Was a big bummer!!
