Absolutely Fantastic Service at this location!! If you need Help ask for Christian He is a lot of Help and knowledgeable! We need to order replacement Door locks and handles and Found a 20% loyal member coupon, does not hurt utilize your coupons.. And also pet friendly. Nice to get them out of the house .. oh the Garden department, i cant get my better half out of that area.. Enjoy Life.. the rug the pups on is from Lowes.. lol

Went in the store on Thursday asking about dishwashers and found one that was in stock to be delivered on Friday. Called Friday, then Saturday, and then Sunday and finally someone found the dishwasher on the loading dock. She then told me to call the installer to set up an appointment. After calling a Lowe's number for the install they informed me that the dishwasher could not be found. The store then called me back and told me they would have to cancel the order and reorder everything because they lost the dishwasher. I went to home Depot after canceling through Lowe's and it's being delivered today. Never going through Lowe's again.

They threw a perfectly healthy and beautiful $65 plant in the trash because I returned it "more than a day after purchasing it"!!

When I expressed my upset at this and wanted to repurchase it because I felt that was an idiotic policy, the return clerk informed me that I was unable to repurchase the plant "because it is no longer considered an item for sale" AND they were unable to void the return.

Two employees, whom I complained to about said policy, were both shocked and each of them stated they were completely unaware that it was policy that the plant was to be thrown out.

I truly can't fully explain just WHY I'm so upset about this and I honestly feel like this whole situation is completely bizarre. Why THROW AWAY a perfectly healthy plant just because it was purchased 4 days ago?!

Lowe's, I'm very disappointed. I will never purchase plants from any of your stores again.

They always seem to have what I came in for. Friendly staff, well stocked and organized products. Items are easy to find check out a smooth and quick. Went from a 2 drain sink to a single drain. With hookups for disposal and dishwasher. The mobile home I was working on had different Plumbing then originally came with. And they work me through that with no problem. After that project went so well I decided to do a whole kitchen remodel I'll send updates on that.

Just bought 4 beautiful and healthy basil...2 green, 1 purple and a Thai basil. Lowe's always has a good selection....except they had no chives at this time! I will keep checking back!!

I will never buy another thing from Lowe's again! After spending thousands of $ @ this store and others across the country, all over a $15 deposit for a bulk sandbag that I returned. I never received the $15 back after making a second trip back with the receipt and waiting on the long customer service line. I asked for a scissor to cut my Lowe's card. They didn't have that either. I crumbled the card in my hand. It will be mailed back to corporate. Bye, Bye.
