Checking in and checking out it great these two men are great. but the unloading is crazy come here every week first one in a door the plate goes down and I get a red light and there I sit they start unloading at 7 am and at 7:30 I’m getting texts to pay . I have missed 3 appointments at my second stop because these guys can’t get it together and unload my truck. My appointment is at 2:30 and it’s now 7 AM. And at 7:30 I’m paying my bill I was on dock 29 ..

Wasn't bad in my case. Arrived few hours earlier and went to casino parking a couple of miles away. Checked in at 2:30am for my 3am appt. Got a call with a door number at 4am. Was empty at 5am.
But only had 3 pallets so don't know if it's the case

Warning: this review may or may not be comedic! Stage at Thunder Valley Casino Lot 2 and arrive 30 minutes early. The small unlit Trucks Entrance sign is down. There is room on the property for about 10 trucks to line up for check-in. If they send you to door 1-10, "do a U-turn", go out and come back in using the middle driveway. Like me, the site design is a little bit crazy but it works. Proper restroom inside at door 1.

Easy check in & less than an hour to unload a full trailer. Not sure about all the bad reviews.
Don’t show up early
Receiving office opens at 2 am
They won’t take you in until 30 minutes before your appointment

Very nice people here. Check in at trailer on side of building. Receiving starts at 2am. Park if there is no door. Doors are around the back of the building. Walk to door 22 to give paperwork. Ring the bell and the guy grabs paperwork. Porta potty by check-in trailer. 4am appointment. Got door at 440am. Started unloading at 450am. 7 pallets. Lumper text to pay at 525am. Paperwork ready at 530am. Exit to left of docks thru the fence. Gone at 535am. Very good experience.

App 6am check in 5:30am got dock & check out 6:20am. Fast unloading & check in staff very nice.

Don't show up early. It's a cluster in there they got a lot of trucks staging in the back nowhere to park out on the street around the facility while you wait for their call and it's a mess trying to move around in there with all the staged trucks I feel bad for the yard dog he's got his work cut out for him and keeps having to tell truckers to move out of his way not good organizational perspective to the people that set this facility up for deliveries not a good location
