This is a local hardware and building supply store that has a very personal feel rather that a big corporate store. The staff is friendly and well informed. I can't drive by without stopping in to get some item from my to-do list.

Wow I just called in today to see if they had a specific air filter so I don't have to drive there for nothing in case they don't. First of all you don't answer the phone by saying "I'm busy what's up" lol then he tells me I need to come in and look for myself, smart guy I called specifically to see if you have the item prior to going.

Completely unacceptable! Rushed over with 30 minutes to spare before closing, only to watch the staff walk out and lock up early. If you can't stick to your posted hours, at least have the decency to update them so customers don't waste their time! Absolutely ridiculous.

Great spot that usually has anything you need, just because. On everything; 2 different times I needed a door (my dog ate them, need a 3rd actually) they magically had the exact size I needed, and these were sizes Lowes and Home Depot don't carry. They just have stuff, and it's awesome.

Went in today and was ignored. I tried to ask for help and the man turned his back on me. Hard to support local businesses when they blow you off. I know Home Depot is interested in my money.

Just had 3 keys made (they are $1.99 each 12/23) and Chandler was SO HELPFUL trying to help me find an odd caster wheel I'm looking for. This is a great neighborhood store and I recommend befire you drive down the hill to the big box store, give them a chance first!

Pretty good selection for being a local hardware store but terrible customer service on the phone. Don’t expect to call and ask if anything is in stock because they are pretty unhelpful. I called looking for something and was put on hold for literally 10 minutes before I hung up and called back to speak to the same person who told me that what I was looking for was not available (no apology for leaving me on the line that long). So, I drove down anyways because she sounded flustered and in a hurry and found they had a ton. Found it within 15 seconds of entering the store too…

When I came in, Ernesto greeted me and saw how hot and tired I was and asked if I needed water.
Chandler and David worked with me to get just the right shade of paint.
I love having a neighborhood hardware store. Sometimes there's a wait, but I know that they'll give good customer service when they get to me.

Great staff, always do their best to help out. However, in the 5 years I’ve been shopping here, NOT ONCE have they had everything I need in stock. Going to give up on this store for good if they can’t keep up inventory.
