Disgusting! I was so excited to try the mango cake unfortunately they were sold out. Tried the chocolate mousse cake instead and i am absolutely disgusted. After taking a bite of this cake, I instantly spit it out after noticing that were was fungus on the cream! I literally want to vomit. Disappointed isn’t even the word. Expiration date shows 04/16. Why is there fungus on this cake? It’s 04/13.

My cousin just came home and surprised me with this sweetest gesture to say thank you for taking care of her husband (who was sick) while she was away. She knows I’ve got a certified sweet tooth, and she knew exactly where to go. Red Ribbon never fails.

From the Brazo de Mercedes to the Mango Cake, Yema Cake, Butter & Cheese Mamon, Yema Caramel Ensaymada, and those chewy Caramel Bars — it’s all pure, nostalgic bliss. It’s not just dessert, it’s comfort. It’s not overly sweet, so yes, you can go back for seconds… or thirds (no judgment here!).

I purchased our favorite Mango cake (& ensaimada + halo halo) yesterday Jan 13, 2025 at 12:25 PM and didn’t see until today (Jan 14th) that the sales associate gave me a cake that is best before Jan 15th only (see photo), which means it’s almost expired or only safe to consume for 1 day!!! I only checked BB date of ensaimada since i was picking it myself from the shelves but somehow forgot to check the BB date of the cake which the sales lady picked from the fridge. Clever way to get rid of oldest cakes first! I would have returned it if we live closer. Next time check the best before date when purchasing

This Red Ribbon in Jersey City is very good place to eat Palabok , Mamon and Halo-halo. They have good food and good employees who is always Smiling and ready to assist. Irene is very helpful. I recommend this place because of good customer service.
