I’ve been a constant visitor to Douglas Feed. Their selection of products is outstanding, and they always seems to have what I need. The staff are awesome! They’re knowledgeable, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Douglas Feed for any of your pets needs. One of my favorite things about Douglas Feed are the options that are offered in regards to service. They have an in-house dog wash that you can use to get your puppy cleaned up, but if you feel like pampering yourself as well as your amazing dog they have Granite Bay Paw Spa on site for all of your grooming needs. I take my Lincoln there (he’s an 80 lb Doodle) and Jessie does an amazing job every time!! He comes back looking super handsome and smelling amazing! Simply put, between the Paw Spa, the unmatched Tack Shop, the Chick Barn and the Feed Store, you can’t go wrong visiting Douglas Feed. Craig and his staff have an obvious love for what they do!! And it shows!!

Came here the other day to shop for helmets and shoes, employee was not too helpful. A lots of items doesn’t have price on them, so it’s hard to tell what I m buying. There was a lady that helped to explain some items but after she left there’s no one helping.

Really disappointed is their customer service. We're long time customers and spend a ton of money in feed and supplies monthly with them. We purchased 14 chicks from them, of which 3 died. We called immediately and they said they would replace them, they said they had noted our account and to just come in. We attempted several times to get them replaced and they were repeatedly out of chicks. Today we drove 20 minutes out of our way to be given the runaround for 30 minutes, and then to be told our "our policy has changed" and we no longer guarantee them, note I was still buying 8 additional chicks today. The female manager was completely rude, dismissive and condescending!!!! Not the way to treat loyal long time customers!! Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Helpful staff and exactly what we need for our backyard chickens. Plus, if you're not squeamish, they have all the "leftovers" as dog treats which is a hit in this house. Pig ears are a fan favorite!

I got there right at closing to buy some alfalfa. The boys working didn’t know that I was there to buy alfalfa and they left for the evening, the store owner came out and loaded it for me,so nice. Great customer service!

I've been going to Douglas Feed & Pet Supply ( formerly Douglas Ranch Supply, still is DRS to me) for at least 27 years. The new owner ( not that new) is great, in the past when a small item was left out of a delivery he personally made sure a special trip was made to bring it to me quickly.

The whole staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. Although they have added a great dog, cat & ? store, I mainly deal with the original store for my horse, goats & chicks. The staff there are great, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The guys in the loading area are great also and when I get my alfalfa & feed delivered, the guys who come put everything where I want it, and are willing to move my old hay, etc., to put the new stuff where I need it, since as I get older I'm less able to do it all myself. I really appreciate how helpful they are.

I highly recommend Douglas Ranch Supply.

My mom has been shopping for her horse here for years. She always gets good service and has gotten PLENTY of hay and shavings here.

Our visit this trip was for a small bit of help from customer service and they were on it! They immediately rectified a tiny little problem we had.

There are plenty of free stores around but this one has great selection, great prices, great quality of items and super helpful staff.
