DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! My mother took in an 8 month old calf. From the time the calf was butchered the meat was kept over 30 days. The meat smells rotten when being thawed. Almost half the meat returned was ground beef. No steaks and only one side of ribs was returned. DO NOT USE. I will be calling the Better business Bureau.

Worst Cut and wrap job ever.
parts labels just as roasts. no proper description did not take time to label packages with weight. asked for steaks and ground to be packed for two people. everything was packaged for a family of 4.

still using butche paper. have been getting everything in vacume sealer for 15 years elsewhere.

They are extremely dishonest! They steal the meat they process! I would not recommend them to anyone! We had 3 beef butchered with them and no steaks were returned to us! When asked about it they laughed at us!
