Look how the company responds after negative reviews below. This is what your dealing with. I returned a filling machine due to defects. Profile accepted the return. They kept the equipment and would not refund me. I also purchased an air compressor for $600. Harbor freight selling it for $219. I didn't return the compressor but this company sells junk and rips off customers. I have a lawsuit pending. They will not refund me and kept the return to re-sell for profit. I have filed a felony theft police report. This is not a company that is reputable and I would stay away. Any positive review is fake. If they stood by defective equipment and offered refund for returned equipment I wouldn't have to write this review. I used the equipment 2x and had to ask for technical help. They agreed to take it back and return my money. I waited 2 weeks and no response. When I inquired they said they are under no obligation to refund me but they kept the equipment. You can get the same equipment online or in China for 70% off. I was fully aware of this but trusted them to provide techinical support and stand by their equipment, not steal it from me

I wish i could express how great and wonderful, helpful, customer service excellence this company is. All I can say is , Christina was absolutely amazing, and so very helpful thru my order. They are shipping my things expedite so I can get my wrap shop back up and running in Tennessee!

Been working with pro-fill and it’s machines for a few years now and they are very helpful and knowledgeable with their equipment. I do have to say that we have a favorite tech Vince. He’s been the best since day one and already knows our company and needs from the back of his hand. I appreciate his dedication and care for our business. We had a great experience with placing our order with Pro Fill. Christina was great! We were trying to get orders placed before the end of the year and she invited us to their facility to test out our products and helped in every way possible. We also made a few changes to the order and she facilitated everything quickly, even though it was right before the holidays. Vince was also great in answering our technical questions. 3 machines ordered and excited to get them in and streamline our production.

I have purchased many machines from them over nearly 10 years. The machines work perfectly every time (bulletproof). And the service is consistently great: Polite, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They must have an amazing culture since everyone I've ever talked to there are like this. So impressive. I wish all of my vendors were as good as Pro-Fill, my life would be so much easier!

We purchased a conveyor belt and lot coding machine from Pro-fill and it was damaged during transit. One of their technicians came out accessed the issue and suggested they take it back to their warehouse to repair it. We were contacted a few days later and it was all repair. When we picked it up they gave us some suggestions on ways to use the machine in the production environment that would be more efficient. Great company!

We bought 2 conveyors from them & they never worked correctly. They came out several times to try to fix them and they still did not work properly. They even had us drop them off at their facility to fix them and when we got them back they still didn't work properly. At this point the warranty was expired and they would not take them back. YOU CAN BUY THE SAME EXACT EQUIPMENT THAT THEY SELL FROM VEVOR OR ZONESUN FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST & ZONESUN IS LOCAL. JUST TRYING TO SAVE EVERYONE FROM GOING THROUGH THE HELL THAT WE WENT THOUGH. WE HAD TO USE THESE 2 CONVEYORS AS BOAT ANCHORS.

Of course they have to try to say this is a fake review. We spent over $12,000 & they sold us junk. Beware!
