Even with a bustling evening crowd; I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the line moved; within just 4 to 6 minutes.

Portions here are generous; easily enough to share. As a first-time visitor; I couldn’t resist sampling a variety of menu items; and each one delivered in both flavor and satisfaction.

It quickly became clear why this spot draws such consistent attention. The staff are genuinely welcoming; the dining area is impressively clean; and despite the high volume of patrons; there's no shortage of seating.

This visit was just the beginning; I’ll definitely be back; next time to explore their coffee selection; which has built a reputation of its own among the locals.

Great food at insanely great prices. Simple, home style comfort Cuban food easy to grab and always enjoyable. Always friendly staff. Even when busy the line moves fast.

Cortadito, Mamey, and horchata cold brew are definitely my top 3 drinks.

Food is great and portions are huge. Fresh baked goods. Busy at lunch, but worth the wait. Order some potatoe balls while you wait for your plate lunch or sandwich.

I’m a longtime fan of Portos and have been going to the one in Burbank for years. Though there’s always a line it goes quickly and the food is simply divine. The same goes for the Portos in Northridge with the exception of exceptional outdoor seating. So it’s easy to say that this spot tops the Burbank stop because of the ambience. They carry the same classics, my favorite being the cheese tarts and the potato balls. I get their French chocolate cake every birthday because it’s simply the best. Don’t forget to stop by and try their lattes. My favorite is the chai latte iced. Oh!! Please try the Guava cheese tarts, they are out of this world!

Don't be discouraged by the lines and people everywhere. I ordered while my husband found us a table. Super yummy food, amazing coffee, and service was outstanding. With so many people it was a bit loud for me, but everything else was top notch! Even the bathroom was attended to, clean, and didn't smell like a bathroom. And those potato balls are soooo good!

Long lines but, staff worked hard to move it quickly.
Ordered a sandwich and staff dropped the ball, waited just about 30 minutes and they seemed to not care about taking care of my sandwich knowing they forgot to make it for me. Reached out to a supervisor and right away got them to make me one.

Amazing place long lines! Order online for faster. The cakes are amazing. Guava and cheese pasty refugee pastry is soooooooo good and addicting. Also the cheese rolls are delicious

Best food and best service we have experienced so far. Despite the crowd and long queue it's managed pretty well. For us there was little confusion on serving our food and it's delayed a bit, however they proactively gave us discounts and offered surprisingly lots of additional goodies free of cost.. really kudos to the management and staff..
