I went in there for the convenience of the self service dog wash. The only
problem is it’s not well maintained. When you enter there is so much dog fur on the floor and each dryer station. They have dryer applicators in a bucket but they are also full of dog fur. The towels are not an exception either. It’s a bummer since for $17 it became more of an inconvenience for my Maltese and I. I will not be returning. Their shampoo is not that good in my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would purely because of their “loyalty program”

They make you go online, you can’t check your rewards with the cashier. They don’t have an app. What kind of 1990s system is this? You make your customer go through hoops just to redeem points? Nah that’s shady business. I’ll go somewhere else that actually rewards my loyalty.

I can honestly say that their prices are about or not more compared to PetSmart and Petco. They’ve got identical products. A little pricey too. I really like their self doggy wash for $17, you get towels, shampoo/conditioner, ear cleaning, blow dryers and an apron. Other self wash dog stations are very time limited and not well maintained. The two times I’ve been here, they’re really good at keeping it clean. I hope, they don’t raise the prices like other stores do after a few weeks after opening.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST FOR ANYTHING & EVERYTHING STAFF IS BEYOND FREAKING AMAZING, CARING,THEY ALL GO ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP, MOST OF ALL THEYRE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE & NOT JUST ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL, & That's hard to find I can't say enough good about this store & everyone in it. One of the better locations. It's new and mega spacious. Has a ton of self service dog washes.

I did find that some of their selection was limited.
