We had a book reading event at Pages for a South Asian Author for AAPI month. The staff is wonderful and I loved seeing their collection! Awesome location and they have a little patio where they host events.

Great bookstore! It's a little light on nonfiction, but you'll find plenty of great fiction reads. It's close to Manhattan Beach Pier and a few cafes. I recommend buying a book and coffee, and reading on the pier. The staff was welcoming, and they have nice recommendations.

Nice sized bookstore for new books. The staff gives lots of recommendations you can find scattered throughout the shelves. Their non fiction section was on the smaller side, so I didn't end up with anything. More a place for literature nerds than history buffs. You know beach book material.

I went here yesterday as part of an independent bookstore tour. The location cannot be beat - almost oceanfront! One of the owners, Linda, greeted me. She was friendly and so wonderful. She made me feel welcome. The book selection was carefully curated with many wonderful displays. I found a new book of Sandra Cisneros' poems. I hope to be back soon.

A cute little indie bookstore that needs WAY more diversity in their offerings. BIPoC authors need indie bookstores to do their part to signal boost these authors and their books. The staff was nice though, and are definitely readers. Plenty of books about the beach cities and its culture for obvious reasons.
