Took my first lamb in, they turned it around in a week. Asked for burger, didn't find any in the box. According to the math, I took home just over 50% of hanging weight. Not overly impressed, but by no means disappointed. Leaving a review while I'm still stoked on my freezer re-up. No doubt plan on returning.

Came looking for tomahawk steaks and was willing to pay any price, was told they were a specialty order. I came back to order and was told to do it through Google. Don't do business with these clowns.

Xmas prime rib was 5/5. Tied and seasoned at $11 a pound left us doubtful. Ended up being the best prime rib we ever had. Liked springville meats before, now we lovin it.

I bought half a cow that was butchered here and there is so much yellow fat on the cuts. Also the cuts don't look right. The other person that got the other half told me they agreed.
