Pretty sad.. Chubby Chuck's was a great sandwich stop but the past few times they have either been rude or screwed up the sandwiches by simply not listening to the customers requests. If you could actually see them making it like Subway, you could atleast stop/correct them but you cant really see what they are doing.

I stopped in for a sub. I got a 6 inch ham sub that was absolutely amazing! The guy behind the counter Jason was super friendly and fantastic! Best sub I’ve ever had thank you! The girls helping throughout the convenience store Jack, Katie, syd, Jess and Bridgett are all amazing!!! Great place gotta stop if you ever drive by!

More than just a gas station, you can also find great sandwiches here at "Chubby Chucks" (inside the gas station).

The plethora of work trucks at lunch time can confirm.

As for the staff, it is apparent that they enjoy their job: always friendly and attentive

The first time I came here about a year ago, the sandwich they made me was fantastic! I have been back 3 more times when I visit town and the Sandwich I’ve gotten has been mediocre. Today’s sandwich is actually kind of yucky. The first sandwich I got, the bread was SO fresh and great… the Turkey was flavorful and good thickness to the slices. Each time I’ve been back the bread has seemed a little stale. Day old or more. Today this sandwich seems like someone has pre- chewed it for me which is gross. The Turkey is so thinly sliced it is like mulch. Same with the lettuce. The onions and tomatoes seem like they were cut several days ago. Nothing about this sandwich is fresh or tasty. The mayonnaise is like water. I think maybe the old lettuce and tomato are really wet. Overall I’m really bummed I went out of my way to come here. I’m always hoping for a sandwich as good as the first and I’m 3 for 3 now in bad follow-up sandwiches. I won’t come here again.

This is the best a number 1 convienient store in Prescott Arizona. I have purchased everything from ice cream to eggs. A chubby chucks sub sandwich which is in my opinion the best sub sandwich in Arizona hands down.
And yes they do have some high prices on some items but you must take into account the convienience of the store and the hours they keep.
Also the Stage Stop is always clean and tidy.
All the personal people are so friendly and always smiling.
I could go on but you get my drift.

Great place to have in the neighborhood. Way better than Circle K. Chubby Chucks is always good. Fresh bread and meat. Good prices. Lots of cold drinks. Clean and very friendly service. This place serves the community like a local business should.

Apparently employees and Manager could not figure out away for a customer to purchase a 5lb platter and be able to pick up on the 24th because the Deli Chubby Subs in not open, even tho gas station is open? Asked if it could be made the 23rd and I could pickup on 24th but neither employee or manager at time could figure out till I lost all interest and said forget it if it is that much of an issue to figure out I'll purchase at Safeway, even tho the Employee tells manager to take my order? By then I have heard enough. Unreal... The employee telling manager to take my order cause he is Busy Note no one at deli at the time . So Safeway got my Business and won't be back here again.
