The treatment I received at this store was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience here. The cashier was not only incredibly rude, but also showed a clear bias toward certain customers. To make matters worse, the cashier seemed irritated just by the presence of customers. Shaking her head, sighing, rolling her eyes, and rushing everyone through the line like we were a bother instead of the reason she has a job. It’s clear she didn’t want to be there, and it showed in every interaction she had. One day, I came in to return an item, and the cashier immediately asked, “Did you use an EBT card?” She repeated the question, even after I answered, which felt unnecessary and presumptive. It was clear from her tone and insistence that she was making assumptions based solely on how I looked, which is both offensive and inappropriate. There was no reason to assume that’s how I paid, and she made it very clear she was being biased and judgmental. Throughout the interaction, she was visibly annoyed, unprofessional, and made no effort to be courteous. She barely acknowledged me, seemed irritated to be helping customers, and gave off the impression that I was a burden rather than a valued customer. This kind of attitude and bias should not be acceptable anywhere, especially in customer service. Management needs to take a hard look at who they’re putting at the front lines of their business. No one should feel judged or unwelcome when shopping. That kind of assumption is not just unprofessional, it's insulting and rooted in pure prejudice! I sincerely hope that management reviews this situation and takes the necessary steps to ensure that all customers are treated equally, regardless of their background or appearance.

Rainbow is only about two miles from me. They absolutely at all 3 locations have good meat, at really good prices! 👍🙂

I shopped at this place for years but recently was missing a couple items. The manager pulled up his footage and said he saw the bag put in the trunk of my car? Looks likes that goes against the 14th amendment.. Anyway he was disrespectful. If I were the owner I'd fire him! Thanks to them I'm getting my groceries delivered from Walmart so I'm Saving money now.. No wonder they can't keep people working down there..

Good variety of grocery, but the meat department is questionable. There were dead flies on several packs of meat. I've noticed that all the Rainbow Food stores are in low income areas and are in much need of renovations. The store located on Buena Vista and Seale Road have horrible odors of bad or old meat that is being mask by disinfectants. Some of the meats are brown in color and the ground beef is pink in color on the outside and when get home and unwrap it, it's brown.

I love coming to the Rainbow foods on 431 for my meats. Great value, great prices, and I appreciate the fact they sell different sizes for bigger and smaller sized families. The cashiers are super friendly as are the workers in the store. They were very attentive and asked if I needed or was looking for anything. Definitely a small city feel store. I come back often here.

Great little neighborhood grocery store with a large variety of smoked meat and southern favorites. Clean store well organized. I always find my favorite brands. Highly recommend the 3lb bag sweet potatoes when baked the pies are full of flavors. Also check out their weekly sales.
