It's a big place. Decent seating. I noticed that the horse owners were bidding quite often to run up the bids. Anytime someone from a big ranch or something would bid, the auctioneer would quickly stop the bid but if a random person was bidding, the auctioneer would keep running up the bid as long as they could. The horses that go through are beautiful but make sure to ride first, no matter what. Also, their stable conditions could use some improvement.

Buyers highly recommend you ride before you buy here. Bought a horse that went in auction ring as ranch ridden anyone can ride and got him home and only a very experienced rider could ride him. He would rear up and crow hop you all the way back to the barn!! Tried to contact the barn owner who said he would take horse back but after our conversation never would get back to me again. So be careful of description of horse and ride him first

CAUTION!! Be very careful what you buy here. We purchased a horse based on the description in the catalog. It had "doctored thousands of cows". After the purchase we spoke to the young man who brought the horse and he told us . "Yeah, it could probably work cows". He was not sure what the horse could do, he had just pulled it out of the field and brought it. You would have to be insane to purchase a horse from this auction online. If you can not ride it before hand I would not be bidding on it. After contacting the owner he promised to make things right. He was going to give us our money back or trade the horse. He never calls back and his mail box is always full. We even offered to bring the horse back to the barn. Needless to say we never got our money back and have a horse we can not ride. The funny thing about the auction is they always advertise cowboy church. He is the one who needs to be going. This place is no different than any other horse auction. They just do a better job of making people think they are better. They have recently disabled facebook comments. I guess they were tired of all the glowing reviews they were receiving.

Do not believe in their 48 hr guarantee. Friend spend $5k on line, got the horse home and it was 4/5 lame the next day. Called the auction house and they refused the honor the "guarantee." Do not buy from them online.

It's a horse sale.. I don't like the fact you have to go find your own horse at the end of the sale. It's very dangerous walking in a pen full of horses trying to pick out the one you just bought. I think that's kind of insane to do it that way I've never seen any other sale do that.

Dead horses in the back lots with no access to water and the heat index is in the triple digits. Didn't even have a hose to water them with because I was going to. Even if these horses are going to slaughter shouldn't they be alive and fed and watered until then? Only have one star because I couldn't give less. So disappointing.

Great sale the fourth Saturday of the month, can find a majority of tack and other items that you need. You get what you expect at a small town horse sell.
