Plenty of parking and clean facility . I was impressed. My kid loves the big slides . Good selection of fresh pumpkins . The paintball range is also good . And lots of shade for parents to sit . They also sell snacks and cold water just in case you forget.

The place is great for kids to blow off steam and have loads of bouncy fun. There is a wet bouncy slide as well and floating water boats ducks. You can pay by time or purchase all day pass (the all day pass, you can leave and come back as many times as you like as long as the children keep their bands on their wrists). The location is conveniently before the San Mateo bridge in the YMCA location. The snacks are $1 each and mostly junk food so bring children that are already fed or prepare to give your children sugary fuel to jump all day, haha!

Last time I come with my 3years old boy there, I bought one hour tickets for him to play, but he is so scared to play there by himself because is so high and is his first time ever playing with something like that . He was not willing to play there so we talk to the staff about it and they said they will give us back the one hour play next time we visit and they give me an ticket so told us just come back anytime before Halloween and we will have one hour free play, because I am not living around there so I give the ticket to my sister in low to bring her son there, and they insisted that my sister in law must buy one hour before they can use this ticket. But they are only have one boy to play with it. And that is not acceptable that we only want to play one hour there but turn out if we want to have that one hour playing back then we have to pay one extra hour that means we have to pay 2hours money to play for this hour to use this ticket. I hate what they did and make me feel like we are begging to play there and they are the swindlers. Staffs there definitely need to be training better.

If I could give zero or negative ratings, I would. This place is just full of unprofessional staff. We bought tickets for kids under 2 for one hour. We were told where our kids could play. But our kids were running around so one of our friends suggested to go to an “off limit” area where our kids were not supposed to be because of the tickets we bought. Both my friends and I were not really thinking. We went and few seconds later a guy working there stood next to me and asked if the kids had a star on the wrist bands and I said no, so we were not allowed to be here? And he said yes it’s for 3 or older. And right away I grabbed my child and left that area. But one of the older guys who’s selling tickets at the front suddenly showed up and started saying something but at that time I was not aware he was talking to me, until he said “we told you guys the areas you could be in but you still ignored us. That’s like stealing.” Wait what? Stealing? This is how you talk to your customers? Very unprofessional and aggressive. This was my first time visit and will be my last time. Avoid this place at all times it’s ghetto and also I could smell someone was smoking pots in that area. Save your time and money and go to other pumpkin patches where people are a lot nicer.

We went yesterday to pumpkin patch event with our two little ones ,it was their first time . My kids enjoyed jumping with variety of bouncing houses ,Staff are really nice and visit went smoothly

Very loud and inconsiderate of the neighbors. Loud music at night, bright spotlights shining into homes at night and early morning. Rented the space to a group with loud amplified music and noise at night disturbing all of the surrounding neighbors.

I thought this type of place is supposed to be fun and full of joy for the kids. Instead, my wife and daughter were not treated that way. They bought the ticket but not exactly knew what areas they were limited to play in. My "2 yrs old" daughter accidently went to the play where she didn't have the "correct" ticket for it and was immediately told to leave. Also, the other staff implied my "2 yrs old" daughter was stealing. This is ridiculous!! This place is on our and our friends' blacklist.
