It was such a pretty day at Pacifica we went to Rockaway Beach to watch the sunset. We decided to walk over to Moonraker and grab a glass of wine and ordered the Oysters Rockefeller, Dungeness crab cake, and clam chowder bowl. Everything was delightful. They had a piano player playing which created a really nice ambience. We decided to sit at the bar since it was the last minute decision. Had a lovely lady who encourages us to try the clam chowder and I'm so glad she did. That chowder had the most clam bits I've ever had in my life. Enjoyed everything we ordered very much and we will plan to go back!

I went to the Moonraker for my Birthday, it was a great experience. I've lived here all my life and I had never been here before. From the time we entered to the time we left. I was in awe, the beautiful view of the ocean was captivating. The service was excellent. Our server was David, he was great!! He made us feel special. The whole experience is something I will never forget. You have to try it. You won't be disappointed!!

This place is for the sunset. The food was good. The Wygu beef was delicious, the scallops, I have never had that way. Well done, and I'm not sure they should be that way. Disappointed, however every other thing was on spot and well priced and delicious. The oysters were fantastic. And the desert was great. Prices are fair. We would come back. Live music in the bar and the atmosphere was very nice. All in all a very good experience. I highly recommend this place.

What an amazing place! There's no place like it anywhere that I know of anywhere on the West Coast. I've been to a lot of places, but nothing compares.

They have a piano player every night except Monday and Wednesdays. He was amazing, by the way.

The clam chowder is the best I've ever had. We ordered Caesar chicken salad, (chicken) was cooked perfectly, and the salad dressing tasted homemade. Unlike anything I've ever had. Very, very good. Also had chicken parmesan. Seemed like homemade noodles that were so delicate they were unreal. The chicken was also cooked perfectly. Most places tend to overcook chicken breast and it's like leather. These guys have it down. Presentation and taste!

Considering we were really underdressed for the place, everyone was very cordial. Super nice staff. And did I mention the view? It was amazing from every table. The photo is from someone else's table. Seafood tower?

An Unforgettable Experience!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional service. We didn’t have to wait at all to be seated, which made us feel welcome right away. The waitstaff were impeccable in their service: attentive, friendly, and always anticipating any need or request.

The setting was magical. The restaurant has an incredible view that made our evening even more memorable, and a pianist played beautiful pieces, adding an elegant and romantic touch. The lighting and sound were perfectly balanced, creating an ambiance that allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our meal.

The food, simply put, is out of this world. Every dish was a revelation in taste and quality. From the appetizers to the dessert, it was an unparalleled experience that transported us to a world of unique flavors. The freshness, balance, and creativity in each course left us speechless, and I can honestly say I have never enjoyed a meal this much in my life.

We were celebrating our anniversary and honeymoon, and this restaurant made the night even more special. There are no words to fully describe what we felt; each detail and flavor is engraved in our memory. Without a doubt, this place is perfect for special occasions and promises an experience we will remember forever.

Top notch food with an amazing view. The food flavors were perfect for all dishes we ordered. Great service and the environment was fantastic. There is a piano in the restaurant and they have someone play which blends well with the dining experience. We would come back again.

I had a great time dining here. Food was excellent, I had the Surf & Turf - Lobster & Steak. Lobster was cooked perfectly and was my favorite item of the night. Steak was tender and juicy. My gf had the seafood pasta and that was good as well. Her favorite protein in the dish was the fish. Food came out quickly and looked amazing. I would definitely come here again.

Also kudos to David, our waiter. Came over the right amount of times and let us enjoy our meal and was there promptly when needed.

My fav restaurant in the bay with the best ocean view! The happy hour cocktail and oysters are really good price and good quality. I also love the clam chowder and seafood pasta!
