Amy and her crew did a great job reading my new Polaris 1000 Ultimate Northstar for the trails here at the Hiawatha Club in the U.P.! The windshield had a flaw. so she jumped on it quickly to replace it under warranty. Wonder folks to work with!

I have to say I was blown away by the level of service I received. Broke a suspension part unloading my sled off my trailer. Called Renze at 3:30 and Charlene was super accommodating. Got there at 4 and Nick the service guy dropped what he was doing and fixed my sled. Finished up half hour after they closed and they were great about it. Could have charged me another hour of labor and I would not have complained but they didn’t. Saved my trip and didn’t have to rent a sled for 3 days. Highly recommend to deal with Charlene and the crew at Renze’s again!

I made my reservation for my sister's birthday to rent two snowmobiles two weeks before and they cancelled one day before. They don't care about taking good care of their customers. They have 3 places to rent and they still don't look for a way to accommodate you in another place. I definitely do not recommend this place. Customer service is not their thing.

Update: We rented from Renze again this year. Once again a great experience. We had a mechanical issue with one sled on day 1. The team at Renze was super responsive and ensure we were taken care of. Happy to see the area getting a great winter so we can continue to enjoy them in the years to come.

We rented two sleds for 3 days in February. Amanda was great and Polaris Snowmobiles were in new condition. Will definitely be back next winter!
