I cannot believe i got screwed. The female that took the deer in filled out the form wrong, who gets 2 whole processed into only stew meat. I asked for steaks out of the rear, then backstrap whole which i did get, and the front in stew meat. Both of my 8 point bucks were pretty big so to only get 27 lbs out of 1 and 22 lbs out of the other, plus backstrap doesn't seem to add up. I also had to pay extra, which I anticipated but and extra 100 dollars for mistakes. I don't recommend using them. Here is a pic of my deer, you be the judge.

I had a deer processed here in October. The salami and ground venison were ok. The meat sticks were disgusting and not prepared correctly. The meat was loose in the casing. Really nasty. I paid $40+ for the meat sticks alone so this was really dissapointing. My buddy's turned out the same way so this must be their norm. I threw mine away. If you're getting the basic cut, it'd probably be ok. Just don't get the meat sticks.

I brought in an 8-point buck with a clean double lung shot. When I picked up my meat, the 2 plastic grocery bags of meat weighed a total of 27# and 4# of it was pork added to the burger. My buddy had his smaller deer processed by someone else and came back with 49# of meat, without any pork added. Just a disappointing experience.

My boyfriend took a 140 lb field dressed here and only received 16 pounds of meat with no roast. He should of gotten a lot more meat.! When he called and questioned it the answer from the owner was that they don't do anything with the ribs they throw them away. Will never go back here again!!!

My husband took a 180 lb field dressed buck here and only received 18.14 pounds of meat. I understand bone and fat weigh a lot but he should of gotten a lot more meat.! When he called and questioned it the answer from the owner was that they don't do anything with the ribs they throw them away. Will never go back here again!!!

I brought in doe dressed out at about 120 lbs. I got back less than 20 lbs of meat. They said it was due to one of the shoulders was too damaged to process. This is ridiculus if not dishonest. There is no way even 3/4 of a deer this size would yield this little if they were competent. I brought it in filled with ice and wrapped in a fly bag and tied up to hold ice in place. It was shot in the chest from the front, not the shoulder. I think they switched my deer with someone elses.

I took 5, 120 pound field dressed deer here over the last couple years(a couple of them were clsoer to 140 pounds). I should of got around 35 pounds of meat each. 35×5 is 175 pounds of meat(175 is the bare minimum), I got 120 pounds of meat. You don't have to be a genius to figure out whats going on here
