Stopped in here to check out a few things and ended up staying for about an hour. Steve is a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain some of the plants to us and do’s and don’ts for planting. Customer service is top notch

I called yesterday to order some rock and was told it would be the following day at 10am. I structured my whole day around this 10am delivery which included calling into work to be able to go in later. 10am comes and goes so I call to ask where the truck was. I was told that they do not give exact times but an eta window. I told them I was given a 10am delivery time and no eta window. I then asked to speak with the manger and was sent to Pam. I explained everything again and she responded with that’s not possible no one would give you a certain time. All I was asking for some compensation like the $50 delivery fee waved for the inconvenience. Pam told me she does have the power to do that but was not going to because there was no way I was told a certain time instead of an eta window. There was more said but that’s the meantof it . In the end I canceled my order and will be telling all my friends and family about this experience. Apparently the customer is not always right and it is very unfortunate for a local company to treat their customers this way. Instead of refunding $50 and saying sorry and being done with it they lost $300 from my order and much more based on friends and family never using their company the future.

Ordered some gravel to be delivered. The whole process was smooth. They have a wonderful outdoor display showcasing a wide variety of stonework, patio ideas and grill areas. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Military discount offered.

Perhaps one of the finest landscape supply sites I've visited. This place has a good package of both materials and team members. The hardware inventory keeps getting better, and the displays make it easy to send clients there. In my travels, I've visited many supply yards all over the country, many bigger, but Brian and Company are doing a fine job!

Been in the landscape/hardscape industry for nearly a decade, and this place is by far my favorite stop around whenever I need anything. Great selection of plants, tools, boots, bulk material, tons of natural stone to choose from, and of course pavers and block. The owner is a real genuine and awesome guy, and everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, from the people behind the counter, to the ones loading your truck!
