After reading the reviews, it seems there's a general consensus here. This company steals people's hard earned money. Once again last night in Cedar Springs, Michigan this Amusement Company was at it again. Our teens and their friends wanted to go enjoy some rides Saturday Evening. They went and spent 25.00 a piece, at about 6pm. Upon purchasing they asked what time they closed before buying them. They said they were staying open until 10pm because of how busy it was. So they bought them, understanding that they had a few hours to enjoy some rides. At 8pm and 2 rides later they closed. As someone who worked in this business before, this company by far represents the worst of these amusement companies. If you hired them for your town or event, just know they will take advantage of you and your hard working community. Buyer be aware, and move on. For this area, for a better experience, try Arnold's Amusement. They service this area too. The price is a little comparable to the size of attractions, and the concessions are a little better to.

I bring my daughter here every single year every to carnival in Lansing Mi and spend lots of money and I always have a good time however the only compliant I have is I had just bought a $10 lemonade and dropped it right in front of the people who made it and so u asked if I could get another one and they told me no… it would be different if I walked away and came back 5 mins later but it was literally seconds after receiving the drink. I was trying to give my 8 month old a drink of water and my drink fell out of the stroller. Talk about Happy Mothers Day to me lol anyways the carnival makes so much money there’s no freaking way they couldn’t replace it. ESPECIALLY since it was right in front of them. I could have easily made it at home for $2 but I try to support local companies. You’ve definitely gained an upset customer! These are the workers btw

Workers were nice and kind however the food was a waste of money elephant ear cas cold and only got cinnamon no sugar. The cotton candy had gotten wet and they sold it me so over half the bag was throw away before we even got to eat any. $20 on food and it was thrown away dissatisfied on a very high level.

We had fantastic time twice this year. Rides where in good shape and safe. We all loved the elephant ears. We played few games kids all won at duck game and guy was very helpful to smallest kids. We also played couple other games . Read other’s reviews and thought I would add mine, eager to see them again next year.

Took the kids for memorial day at 3pm. They were scheduled to stay open until 10pm at $20.00 wrist bands which allowed unlimited rides. Once I got there they denied giving out wristbands and stated you could only purchase tickets because they haven't made enough money. Just to see the kids smile I purchased the overpriced tickets. At 5:30pm, they stoped allowing customers the opportunity of buying tickets because they said they are now closing at 6pm. In an attempt to grant my kid her last request of riding the Farris wheel, I asked the guy if my kid could get on because we've been riding by all week and she really wanted to ride the Farris wheel for the first time. (The guy said no). It was only 5:30pm. Don't take your kids there, they don't honor contracts, don't care for kids and try to hustle you out of every dime you have. #Baddeal

Took my kids and grand kids. They could only ride every other ride because of the height restrictions. Even though they were right at the line. I think they took the restriction a bit too far. A bunch of A..holes that seem to enjoy breaking kids hearts. Never going back. I recommend burning the money you would have spent here. A complete waist of time. #Elliotsamusmentssucks
When a child is as tall as the line not over or under and they get turned away. That is Not the manufacturer. That is You. Judging by the reviews on here I'm not the only one who feels let down ..#Youstillsuck

Way overpriced, I have been to the one in Holland (it is acceptable but not worth the armband price) and the one in Fennville is worse! Price vs what you get is not worth it at all.

My child is 36.5 inches (she just had a well check) and measured up at the stick by every ride except the helicopter ride which is the one she wanted to ride. The gentleman (I use this term loosely) named Miguel seemed to thoroughly enjoy turning her away while she cried despite us reassuring him that his was the only measuring stick that she didn't appear to be 36 inches. Mind you his ride was on a small hill so it was probably about an inch off due to natural landscaping. You are dealing with toddlers. A better policy would be to use one standardized measuring tool and implementing colored wrist bands or stamps to indicate their height right at the front booth rather than sending parents around crossing their fingers that the measuring sticks are accurate and/or that that particular ride attendant doesn't get off on disappointing kids. Please don't respond that you are only concerned with safety because I agree with that. I do not agree with the innacuracy in measurements and the apparent inability to consider that there may have been an error. I happen to know that there were many parents who had the same problem at the same ride and were vocal about it yet the problem wasn't addressed.
