Settle into a cozy yurt nestled amongst the trees. The domed skylight is awesome to lay in bed and gaze into the night, while tucked away under your covers. Cozy indoor wood burning stove and all the amenities you need. You wouldn't have to leave the yurt if your looking for a little solitude, however
you would be missing out on so much more. Beautiful hiking/ cross country trails in the woods on the property. Just up the hill are the friendliest hosts you will ever meet. They go out of there way to give you an experience you won't forget. They welcome you into the barn to see the goats, horse, chickens and ducks. It is a real working goat cheese farm. So many small quaint towns for shopping, dining, breweries and wine tasting near by. Breath taking views of lake Michigan. I could go on but you will have to go see for yourself. Don't forget to read/ sign the guest book there are many heart warming stories.

Loved our stay!!! The hosts were the best!!! They were very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. The animals were fun to watch and pet. Who knew goats and horses like mints?!? Chief was so gentle taking the mints out of our hands.
The second morning we woke to a dead battery and Mary hooked us up with a jump and a place to purchase a new battery. She honestly is so sweet. I feel like I’ve made a friend for life!
The Yurt was perfect! Such a cute place to stay with all the necessary amenities! I would recommend this awesome place to anyone who is looking for a fun little get-a-way!

Super cool & cozy place to hide out and get off the grid for a bit! Located on an operating goat farm with tons of trees, private hiking trails and very convenient to wineries and Traverse City! When you think yurt, you might think rustic bit this place is modern and just built in the past few years!
