The difference between this fresh, artisan cheese and store bought cheese is night and day. It’s so creamy and delicious! We’ve used it on charcuterie boards, in recipes, and alone as a snack. Our family highly recommends both the curds and aged cheeses.

UP YOUR CHARCUTERIE GAME!!! From fresh cheese curds, to artisan cheese. The entire line of Charlevoix Cheese Company cheese is delicious!!! The line of Jack cheese has been our favorite.
They have such a creamy and smooth mouth feel. Don't forget the Quark cheese, it pairs amazing with your favorite jam or smoked fish. We will be ordering more just in time for our holiday parties!!!! Best Farm to Table cheese we have ever tasted.

We met Mandy (owner) last week at the Petoskey Farmer's Market and she was terrific! I sampled some of her cheeses and they were all delicious. The clear winner was the Great Lakes Cheddar BY FAR though 🙂 It was sensational and may be the best cheddar cheese I have ever had. Thank you Mandy for great customer service and offering such good products at great prices. I am glad we bought the last 2 of the GLC that you had. This is certainly one many people will love. Keep up the great work and we always appreciate the opportunity to support local family businesses. Maybe one of these days in the future, you guys could sell the milk from your cows, OR maybe even get into the ice cream business ... SOUNDS YUMMY! See you next time!

Amazing family owned operation! They offer a variety of flavors and each one is fantastic. We live out of state and have a family member bring some home to us every time they go to Michigan for a visit!! They also have top notch customer service.
