We were a party of 7.
We had to wait an hour for our food..
In the meantime 2 tables of 2 that came in after us.. were served before us.
The waiter kept stalling after we asked for drink refills, napkins, BBQ sauce.
After he dealt with other customers.. he'd then bring one of them items to the table..
When I asked why it took an hour to serve us... I was told that there was 2 huge groups in the bar that came in at the same time as us that got served first. And they were short staffed on both sides.. so they had to help the bar with staffing needs. Food was good when we finally got it.
We had a lady with us who needed to eat.. if the food wouldn't have came when it did.. she could have had serious.. I'll really have to think about whether I go there again...

We LOVE the food here. Service is usually pretty slow but the food more than makes up for it. It’s by far my favorite potato salad. Portions are large. We have yet to be disappointed.

The food is was fantastic. Portions were a bit more than I expected so I get to have some for later. I ordered the brisket and sausage. The brisket was tender and delicious. Will definitely go back to try out the other items on the menu.

Really good service super nice people. Food was not the greatest. Chicken was dry potato salad was lacking salt and it took forever to get the food.

Bones is always EXCELLENT!!!! We have been here many times and every time the food has been delicious! They have great burgers, onion rings, mashed potatoes,
potato salad, corn bread, and all of the smoked meats are juicy and so good! The portions are large and we always have leftovers to take home for another meal and prices are very reasonable! Tracy is a fantastic server, she is super friendly and a very hard worker! We are so lucky to have this restaurant in Ithaca! We highly recommend!
