This is a great Mexican grocery store. Huge selection of dried spices and peppers. I bought a bunch drieds spices to make El pastor tacos and they turned out to be the best tacos I've ever had. I would highly recommend shopping here and supporting what this business has to offer!

A little Mexican grocery store that only sells Made In Mexico products. Great for those hard to find ingredients or treats here north of the border! Spanish is the main spoken language in this store, although a few employees speak English too. Located in the same strip mall as Subway, Army Recruitment Center off Latson Rd in Howell, MI! Parking lot is big, well lit and with plenty of parking spaces. Parking lot is an easy in and easy out lot. Come shop at La Estrella today!

I love La Estrella Del Sur II the Mexican store is the nicest store I have been to the store has a TV in the back where some of the employees can watch TV too there is super mario piñatas there too.

For the love of Mexican food, visit this little gem.

Hints to those who want to cook and serve past the Midwest Ortega taco shenanigans.

- El Milagro corn tortillas- El Milagro corn tortillas
you will never ever want a grocery store corn tortilla again.
There is that much difference. Honest.
Corn lime water. Thats the ingredient list.

- Chile Ancho dried in bags that’s the base of red sauces (enchilada,tamale..)
-Mexican Oregano is different than Italian spice in store
-spices in general are almost always cheaper than grocery store and there’s a full wall of them.
Clean, friendly, no pressure, well stocked store. Easy in easy out.
