Had State Farm years ago when it was still Paul Hoogaboom's office! Switched all of my policies to Farmer's Insurance when I got a cheaper quote. Needless to say, those cheaper quotes kept going higher and higher. NOT WORTH THE SWITCH! Should have stayed all along because the service (Yay, Eileen!) has always been superb and the cost savings in the long run, well worth it! My homeowners with Farmer's still haven't gotten a call back. My homeowners with State Farm, $1100 cheaper for better coverage and all done within 1 hour. Kudos on such a great and easy experience!

Not one to leave reviews but I have to say I am so happy to have such a helpful and friendly insurance company! Doesn’t matter if I go into Dan Kramer’s office or call them, the staff is always so attentive, patient, and kind while answering all my questions and ensuring my policies meets my needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Tamarra or Eileen for any insurance needs; both agents are so knowledgeable about all the different options!
