We always have a good time here for the discount bath club, a great value and they have 2 clean bath stations.
We have a dog in behavior training and all the staff are kind and patient, (as well as the clientele).

Kamille has terrible customer service. My husband tried to ask her how to sign up for the rewards about 3 times. She was too focused on ignoring him and asking us about our dog. And she still didn’t apply my purchase to my account. I just wish people who likes others worked as cashiers. Taking just one star off because I like Grosse Pointe. I just expected better.

Always loved pet Supplies plus. The employees at this location are usually pretty nice, mostly everything is in stock, and the deals are solid. I just scored two bags of dog food (og price of 47lb bag is 53v.

Staff is always nice and helpful
I was a dog owner for 25 years and got a cat last year. She was super small, and they helped us with recommendations on food treats, etc. The runt of tge litter is now healthy and happy thanks to their help. Sometimes Google isn't enough, I want straightforward knowledge from other pet owners. I always get it here <3

Could not believe how messy this store was. Stock laying all over the floor and not put away. Made it very difficult to find anything. I like the St. Clare Shores' location, it is a lot better.

This place has more consistently in stock than other locations. They all greeted me and my very nervous puppy at the door. They gave him treats to make him more comfortable. I placed an online order for pick up and it was done so quick! Definitely within an hour, and I have never had that at other locations. This place is on top of everything , great atmosphere. I will be coming to this location from now on. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Customer service not as good as grosse pointe, I asked questions about there brand dog food and it was like so nonchalant then I go to the register and ask the cashier about the rewards program and returning treats and she made it seem like I had the treats for yrs lol forgot to help with the reward question lol I just kept the the treats being that they were only 5bucks smh moral of the story the interaction and communication was not so great and I went there twice only because it's closer, but I will not be returning
