Took my 13 yr old mini Aussie in for haircut. She has multiple skin tags, lymphomas, huge one on her chest. Hocks are sensitive due to dog attack and surgery. She gets miserable when the weather gets warm. She looks great. They did a fantastic job. She was happy, I was happy. She is even acting a little frisky!

Super friendly staff greeted us when we walked in the door, and let us know that she was available if we needed any help. She let us shop and did not hover. She made check out simple.

We have our two toy poodles groomed there, but this was our first shopping experience. Our grooming experience has been great too.

Michaela did a wonderful job grooming my two little dogs. I had gotten a review online for her after moving to Derby recently and heard she was very good with skittish, anxious dogs. She was very friendly and engaging when I walked in. She was very thorough with the process since it was our first visit there and made me feel very comfortable. The dogs came out looking fabulous and smelled amazing. It didn't take long at all which was a little over 2 hours for both dogs. Some places keep your dog there for hours which prevents me from doing other things. This place was very time efficient! It's a smaller shop where you feel more catered to rather than a big grooming facility, which I enjoyed. I would recommend her for your dogs' grooming services as she was both professional and knowledgeable! We have our next appointment booked!

Loved the store. The manager was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and I will definitely be a customer. I love that they are all about pet health through the products they offer. Went in to have my cats claws trimmed. One could not find two lovelier and caring ladies. Very gentle and actually were interested in me and my cat. Highly recommend, I will be returning when his claws need trimming again. Reasonable price as well.

I'm unsure how to add pictures but they both were super sweet! Gave our pup some goodies, got her nails done and now she is passed out in the car ride home! It was a very cute store as well, I definitely can't wait to come back as a regular customer!
