Very good quality processing, food, and service. They also have THE VERY BEST SWEDISH POTATO SAUSAGE that you can get in Kansas! Much better than what you can get at the grocery store in Lindsborg. No kidding!

Love their brat patties, they have a lot of variety. Their jerky is dry which I prefer but doesn’t have enough seasoning/flavor; right amount of salt but needs more of the other flavor. They are always out of pork jerky when I’ve gone which is good for them but bad for me lol… it also needs more seasoning though.

Bought some Korean style ribs last time we went and had them Sunday. Not buying anymore since they lack any real meat on them. The ones we buy at Sam's club are way better and have plenty of meat on them.

Very sure we were missing a large amount of meat in our 1/4 beef. Only one bag for a large beef. Usually have our beef done at Duis and always received much more. Don’t know if it was lost in the processing or what.
