Pure NEGLECT.
It happened to me twice this month now. If you are delivering at lays you are supposed to drop the trailer in the yard and wait outside the plant gate for your empty trailer. They are supposed to call you when your trailer is ready( which they never do).
After waiting for 3 hours I went to security to check the status and I found out that my trailer was ready and standing in their yard.
Neither they called me nor they brought the trailer out to the road.

. This place needs new management, live load appt time given, 15 minutes early 8hrs later still waiting for trailer.No driver restrooms, no parking on site, they send you out to street after you drop your wagon.This shipper is the worst I've encountered in years. Will be canceling my second pickup and have no plans to return. Will be charging layover and detention pay though.

This company sucks! I worked there, I am not proud to say it. They are obviously not afraid of OSHA or the FDA. They also have a buddy system of people that have been there for a while. I quit, then they sent a letter that they over payed me and will send a collection agency after me. I called the number on the letter and couldn't speak to anyone.
Seriously! This company sucks!

If you have whole day to pickup then come here takes half day to load and of course another half for the paper work cause you cannot leave without it. Never coming here for the pickup that’s for sure.

Warehouse managers no good, discrimination is a problem (racism issue here), anyone that works in payroll doesn’t care much of their jobs. I’ve had 4 people that have worked at this location that have had problems with not getting paid the hours they have worked. Office management did nothing to correct it though had those people wait even longer to received what they had worked for. It is very unfortunate that some might take further action because of this severe issue that they have been having for a very long time, though it needs to be corrected as soon as possible. These are peoples livelihoods.

Unloaded within two hrs. Overnight parking at street about 4-5 trucks. I got there 2 hrs prior appointment time. Was given dock immediately. Note: I was bringing raw produce.

Zero service 5hrs on waiting to be loaded and get the papers 📃 but still nothing just they keep saying we gonna call you !!! What a careless service you provide No bathroom even and you keep people on street I will not come back I will stay away with you .
