Generally I like shopping here, but the way they price items and advertise deals is very frustrating. Items are initially overpriced, you have to clip coupons in the app to get them down to a normal price, but then you go into the store and they are completely out of the sale items, requiring you to purchase a higher priced option.

This isn’t a one-off thing here—they frequently don’t have the advertised items. It feels like a waste of time to individually clip coupons on the app, but if you don’t do it you will be overpaying.

This store is nice, relatively integrated into the neighborhood, and customer service is great. However I take issue with the new doorway they have installed. Instead of entering via the sidewalk as previously, pedestrians now have to step into motor traffic to enter the door that is now perpendicular with the sidewalk. In this past this store was easily accessible to all modes of transportation but now it seems they are playing favorite with motorists. Regardless, I will continue shopping here because it is so much more convenient and accessible than big-box stores.

Good store selection.vwry clean and well organized. Great light super clean bathrooms and all cashier's were open they even had self heck out for a quicker and faster experience. The staff qqs very helpful and kind greeted us . The bakery was baking fresh french bread it smelled so good

Your Customer Service Desk at times has 3 to 4 customers waiting for assistance. When I mentioned someone had been taken care of before me the response I received was “Oh I didn’t know who was next”.

It’s very clear that was the EXCUSE. The REASON is because he didn’t ask!

This location offers a pleasant shopping experience. Although prices have increased dramatically the past few years, if you are a rewards member and clip your coupons, the prices are much more reasonable and are actual deals at times. More importantly, if they are out of any sale item, they kindly write you a rain check for the sale-priced items.
On a recent shopping experience with my elderly mother, I noticed she was choosing several products that were digital deals. After she checked out, I realized that she was not getting the deals she thought she was. When I spoke with customer service to bring this to their attention (I believe her name was Connie) she told me she would offer a refund for the price difference and help my mother the next time she was in the store. We really appreciated the kind gesture. However, if grocery stores would simplify their deal shopping, taking into consideration the aging/disabled populations, the extra time, effort, and confusion, would be avoided.
I would like to comment on the negative reviews from some patrons regarding the stock/cart/bag persons. Please know that many have special needs and need a little extra patience and effort from you.

Excellent place for convenience and just grabbing a few things last minute, but I almost never do a full shop here anymore due to high prices and when it's busy, it does feel a bit cramped. Another plus is the hours are great, would be real nice if its was 24 hrs but 6am to midnight is good for an area lacking in late night options. I view this Jewel more as an over-sized convenience store rather than a full-shop grocery store, which is great to have as an option. Some areas it could improve in, but overall It gets the job done.

Their freezer section is aweful because stockers are lazy and don’t follow hazard timing when stocking so everything melts then gets refrozen and now you have melted haze frozen meal. And also per usual no resolution
