Got a door pretty quick, only about 45 mins. Took 7 and half hours to load half of my trailer.. very slow loading. Paperwork is through the door that says no drivers allowed. Ring bell for paperwork!

8 hour waiting for a door and counting. They said they would call me with a door in 30mins. Now they said they are putting the order together. No respect for drivers. I always try not bother with reviews and give them a second chance but in this case the reviews are true. Crazy! 9 hours and counting. These places should go out of business. Trucker PLEASE avoid this place at all cost.

Don’t pull into business, no room for parking or staging. Stay out on the street. Look for the sign out front- has the phone number for check-in. They call you when door is ready.
Like others have said this a great place to take your 10 hour break, or in my case 12 hours.
I arrived an hour early for 0300AM apt. and surprised l was given a door right away….But then the long nap started. Everything is done over the phone, with no contact. You call to check in, and they call when door is ready and call you when your loaded, even the BOL is placed in the last pallet so no face to face. (Probably because people are angry about the waiting.)There’s a porta-potty in parking lot that was actually very clean the day I was there. The workers were very friendly (over the phone) the reason I was given For the long wait was my load was coming in and hadn’t arrived yet, which is probably the same reason for everyone everywhere forever…..always waiting on another truck. Anyway, it is small place, and would have been quiet enough to sleep through the night except for the bleach burn outs taking place somewhere in the neighborhood at shift change…..I was loaded except for 30 boxes that seemed to be taking the scenic route from somewhere….finally out of there around 3pm.

Arrived early for my appointment, was told to wait in truck until appointment time (totally cool with that). At 07:00 (my appointment time) I exited the truck and returned to the check in area. The door is now locked, I can see the workers through the opening between the dock and a trailer which is right beside the door. I can hear them talking, so it’s a fair bet that they can see me and hear me asking for the door to be opened. It’s now 58 minutes AFTER my appointment time and I am still locked out and unable to check in.

These people here need to make $7 an hour. They are so slow. I been here since 7:45am it is now 12:36pm. I have seen trucks come and go before me. So if you come here be prepared to waste your whole clock at there lot.
