My family has used Flower Basket for over 30 years and my latest order was a horrible experience. I now live overseas and often order flowers for my mother who still lives in Fairfield. I wanted to order flowers for her birthday a couple weeks ago and tried to contact someone at Flower Basket but could not get through. I ended up ordering flowers online and they were delivered a day late. Also, the arrangement that was delivered was shameful compared to what was shown online. I even paid for an upgraded “Deluxe” bouquet. I tried to call again and still could not get through to anyone. Very disappointing and will be looking for a new florist in the area.

Failed to process order placed on a Saturday morning NYC time for my grandmother's 104th birthday in Fairfield Sat. 1/25/2025. Never answered either phone number at the business although allegedly open (no voice mail active). No reply via Facebook messaging. Money sent via PayPal and cannot be retrieved. Readers, I cannot discourage your business strongly enough.

Great customer service did the flowers for my wedding with about 2 weeks notice and since I already had all my flowers she just charged me for time and labor! My bouquet was slightly different from what I wanted but she was more then happy to adjust it some for me and everything was perfect! Will definitely go though then again for any of my flower needs!

The flower arrangement we ordered for our Goddaughter/sister’s birthday was absolutely beautiful!! She loved it! She sent us pictures and I couldn’t agree more! The outcome was everything we hoped for, so impressed and delighted with the stunning arrangement and delivery! We ordered online and will order again in the future, highly recommend! Thank you!

Today is my mom's 77th birthday. I worked today, but after I got off, I googled for a florist near me, and found a place that stated they're open until 5:30PM. I arrived at 4:40PM the place was locked but a car was in front, so I called and no one answered the phone, so I knocked on the door and asked if there was anything I could purchase for my mom's birthday. The woman told me they have nothing pre-made. I am very disappointed of course, so I did suggest they update their website amd business hours and advertisement. They closed 50 mins. earlier than posted and to advertise that you're a florist & then say you have no flowers ready or available for purchase? I drove here from Suisun City to Fairfield because I googled florists near by and had hoped to buy my mother a nice arrangement. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend a place that closes 50 minutes early and I did ask really nicely if she had anything I could purchase for my mom, as it's her birthday today and she very swiftly said no, didn't even consider helping me to get my mom anything 😞.

I have been doing business on and off for about 20 years with the Flower Basket. They always do great flower arrangements for me, or us.
Their arrangements aren't formatted like using FTD or other national florist shops. They use a balanced variety of flowers, foliage, and fillers in the arrangement(s). Obviously the more your spend, the more quality flower arrangement you receive. Just visited them, and had an arrangement for our anniversary. My only request was no Carnations, or Star Gazer Lillies ... anything else is fair game as I gave them liberties. We (my Wife and I) love the arrangement, and the Peonies were a wonderful touch.

Don’t have the best customer service and told me I couldn’t purchase flowers at the time. (Midday) Drove up to the place at 1:30pm to a locked door. Coincidently the staff arrived about 3 mins later and was directed by the passenger to speak to the driver. I asked the driver if they were open, and if I could purchase some flowers. She said yes and asked what I needed. I told her which flowers and she asked if I wanted to buy them now and she told me she couldn’t do that because she was leaving and wouldn’t be coming back til later in the day. No reasoning, no manners, just told me no. I didn’t bother asking why they were “open” and said I’d go elsewhere. She relievedly said “Okay! ☺️”
