They're organized. They do have overnight parking. They do have a restroom if you're getting loaded or unloaded.
But if anything is wrong in the weight or anything else, It's very hard to deal with problems there. Because it's Union.
I was there for 3 hours. It would have been less, but the tandems were overweight. And I found out it's very difficult to get problems fixed
The scale by the loading docks is not used anymore. Unless all by yourself, they now use the scales at the entrance where we check in and out with the phone number in pictures.
Make sure the doors are open so they can make sure the trailer is clean. Dirty trailers will not be loaded

They loaded with overweight and then reloaded it for a long time. As a result, they said that I couldn’t adjust the tandem (it’s a lie), I did everything perfectly (this can be seen in the photo) and they banned me, unloaded me and canceled the loading. Outside spotter speaks incomprehensibly and aggressively. And they accused me of not listening to him, It turns out he asked me to remove the load bars and I didn’t understand him. And they banned me (It’s probably difficult to understand him when he’s yelling) You need to be kinder.
Spent more than 7 hours

Saturday appointment time 1200 got here @ 1015 checked in both security were friendly and helpful. Drove around weighed my empty I was immediately given the door, back in then slide tandems. They tell you to chalk both wheels but there’s only one chock now we wait we’ll see if the times are good or bad for Loading on a separate note and Less ⭐️ the map says restroom by door 38 there is no restroom by door 38 not even a Porta potty. No overnight parking no street parking make sure you are above a half a tank of fuel.
Update: they started loading me at 1205 they were complete at 1245. Total of 21 pallets.

No Straps or Load Bars in the trailer. And it must be clean! Quick check in and quick check out. Staff very helpful and curtious. 3 hours from check-in to check-out. No bad at all. Overall a professional experience. The weight though, now thats something else. 78 and change. Yikes..

As a semi truck driver, time isn't on our side from the time you start your clock and until the time you shut down. This was my first time at this location. There were four trucks ahead of me, and approximately an hour later, I was the next one on the scales. I pulled up onto the scales, and I checked myself in on the kiosk, and I then realized why it takes so long for each driver to check in. After completing the check-in progress, someone tells you to drop the trailer and then return back to the scales to get a bob-tail weight, ? and go thru the check in progress once again? You are then told what trailer to pick up and bring that back over the scales and check out thru the kiosk. There was a lot more that happened in between, but I'll spare those details because you'll be here forever reading my post. The check-in and out progress is way too long and time-consuming.

Truck Drivers Avoid this place if you can, Average loading/unloading 10+hr, No restroom, dumb people In security. If you here don’t forget to go on Scale before loading and unloading wait at Scale for instructions.
