Had the best customer service experience in a very long time. Ernesto and Veronica were amazing. I am new to the culinary industry and was searching for a starter knife. They were very knowledgeable and patient as I tried different items.

I had a great experience, amazing staff!
I bought the package of pots and pans. I bring it home and when I open the box one of the pans was out of shape. I called the store they connect me with store manager and he asked for the receipt and photos and they offer to ship the item to my home! The best experience you could get. Amazing staff!

Great store for quality cookware. Khalid gave excellent customer service the past few times I've been in there. I had a problem with a manufacturing defect on a cast iron skillet and he took care of me that day.

Here you can find all of the kitchen tools and utensils you need. They also a good selection of cutlery like Miyabi and Henckels. Khalid was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. He steered me to an awesome set of ceramic nonstick pans. The pans are great and it was on sale too!

I have a great appreciation for Staub; however, the experience I encountered on September 19th was disappointing due to the actions of the staff member. I was prompted to purchase additional items in order to qualify for a complimentary cookbook, which was even processed as a cookbook. Given that I was in a hurry that day, I did not have an opportunity to review the book, only to later discover that it is a history book about the company. This is not what I required. I felt misled into making a larger purchase. Such dishonesty is unacceptable. Consequently, I will not return to this location.
