Incredible shakes! Incredible boba! Incredible pastries! They use fresh fruit instead of powder. Exceptional quality. I completely drove out of the way to come here tonight. I'm a little bit of a pastry snob and this really met and exceeded my standards!!!!

My husband brought home slices of tiramisu crepe cake, mixed fruit cake, strawberry cake, and matcha cake on Tuesday lunchtime.The mixed fruit cake was absolutely divine, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The tiramisu crepe cake captured the essence of espresso and coffee liqueur beautifully. The matcha cake stood out with its balanced, earthy sweetness. However, the strawberry cake was a bit too sweet for my liking. After tasting their cakes, I knew I had to sample their dim sum!

We visited this charming spot on a Friday afternoon. I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience.

The interior was beautifully decorated making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Everything on display looked so delicious that it was hard to choose!

We ordered Pork Shiu mai, D3-B Crab Xiao Long Bao, Lotus Leaf Sticky Rice, and shrimp dumplings. Every dish was flavorful and fresh, but the Crab Xiao Long Bao was the highlight for me. Mrs. Kong told me to bite it a little bit on the side so as to release the steam because the broth inside is hot! The rich, savory broth inside the dumplings was perfectly balanced with the texture of the crab meat.

Special thanks to Mrs. Kong for her tips on how to enjoy the dim sum and mix the sticky rice properly—it made the experience even better!

This spot is a must-visit for anyone who loves both delectable cakes and well-prepared dim sum. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

T&5 is a must-stop every time I’m in Folsom. I love their coconut pudding (in an actual coconut!) and the Portuguese egg tarts. The dim sum is delicious and served hot. The bakery items are made fresh daily and they have about every coffee, tea, smoothie and boba concoction under the sun available. I always get an iced matcha latte and a coconut pudding.
Customer service is always top notch and the owner is so sweet!

I love this place! The people who work here are sooo nice and helpful! I bought one of their cakes for my husband’s birthday and it was so pretty and fresh and they helped me carry it out to the car. I’ve also bought boba and a slice of cake for my daughter. They have dim sum and fresh baked bread too.

Super delicious and super friendly bakery here in Folsom. Mrs.Kong welcomed me so sweetly and picked out some pastries for me to try. I ordered the Lunch Combo (A) and a melon / jasmine tea as well. All for $30 which is such a good deal for the quality food I received! Excited to come back and try some of their coffee beverages as well.

Mama Kong is super sweet! Very accommodating and good communication. I order my partner birthday cake. Very good. Definitely start a tradition of ordering birthday cakes here cause of the customization. The workers are all super sweet. 5/5 customer service

Edit. Order Hawaiian fruit tea, mango sago, orange tea drinks. So refreshing and fresh fruit.
Also order the bbq bun. So fluffy. The crab xiaolongbao, so good. Does not taste fishy or too crabby and the pork shiu mai. So big. I know these aren’t store bought cause of the added corn and how big the pieces are. Definitely recommend everything on the menu.

I’m amazed by the decoration of the store! It’s very pretty, it would be a nice cafe to hang out with friends. The drinks that I got was really tasty as well.
