They give me a door no time unload my truck in 10 minutes but desert lock on my trailer so we can move unless repair the lumper fee and the lumper fee was $227. After paying lumber fee We waited there for a very long time does someone to come and unlock our trailer

No respect for drivers, receiver dont know how to speak with drivers. They dont listen you.
They just want you to keep wait even the light is green or they finished unloading. They just want lumber fee.

They have NO respect for outside OTR careers! The guy and the gate can’t even read a clock? Tried to tell me I was late? At 3:45am when my appointment was 4:00am! Bad attitude as well! Office staff just blew me off when I told him about the guy at the gate! The staff here is very unhappy! So they need to clean house and start new! From Management down! Or just close there doors here!

They need to learn that being respectful and kind to outside drivers will go a long way! As it it was NOT for us? They would have NO business in the first place!

Just greedy people my truck unloaded in just 50 min and the show the green light but i have to wait there around 5. They were just passing the the time to maximize the lumber fee or whatever

Plan ahead to get unloaded in 6 to 8 hours. No overnight parking. No parking 9pm to 6am on all nearby streets. No restroom for drivers. Portable only.

They opens at 2am but i arrived early so nobody was at the guard checkpoint.Security guy came around 1:50am and i checked in very quickly for my 2am appointment after that i got call for door right away. They took 30 minutes to offload 20 pallets but atleast an hour for the paperwork and do not pull up ur truck until u get the text from office,doesn’t matter if u get a green light

You have to have a vest on, or they will not check you in. Park on the street and walk to guard shack to check in. I arrived at 12pm on 9/3 to check in at 2am 9/4. People are super nice at guard shack. They give you a dock, which I was docked by 0230. Driver check-in is close to guard shack. The rest is online with capstone. Well lit yard and room to manipulate truck. I have a LARGE load, so we will see how fast they get me done.
0255 started unloading.
0700 still at dock.
0830 still at dock.
